IP CCTV Camera PCB Assembly
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I have a finalized design for an IP-based CCTV camera and now need the production run of its main PCB. The board must arrive fully assembled, programmed and QC-tested so that it can drop straight into our camera housings.
Key requirements
• Platform: IP camera PCB
• Features already in the schematic: motion detection, night-vision IR LEDs, on-board microphone for audio recording
• Operating voltage: regulated 5 V DC input
What I will provide
Gerber files, pick-and-place data, complete BOM with approved alternates, firmware image, and a simple functional test procedure.
What I need in return
• Component sourcing (prefer original parts or equivalent substitutes after confirmation)
• SMT/through-hole population, reflow, manual touches as needed
• Firmware flashing and initial configuration
• Power-up and feature verification following my test script (motion sensing, IR illumination, audio capture)
• Shipment of the first article for approval, then the remaining batch once signed off
Acceptance criteria
1. Every board boots reliably from a 5 V DC supply.
2. Motion detection, night-vision and audio paths pass bench tests.
3. No more than 0.5 % soldering defects across the lot.
Experience with high-density SMT, IP camera SoCs, and automated optical inspection (AOI) will be highly valued. If you can also handle conformal coating and full functional burn-in, let me know so we can incorporate that into the run.
