I’m ready to expand my catalogue and need an experienced sourcing partner who can quickly identify reliable, cost-effective suppliers. My immediate focus is on beauty items—think makeup, accessories, fashion, clothing, shoes, cosmetics, and personal-care tools—but I’m also open to all categories of jewelry and health supplements as well. For the jewelry side I’ll need necklaces, bracelets, and rings, with a special emphasis on gold that meet standard purity and plating requirements.
Here’s how we’ll work together: you comb your network, verify factories (documents, audits, sample quality), and compile a clear comparison report that covers unit cost, MOQ, lead time, shipping options, and available certifications. I’d like a shortlist of at least three vetted suppliers for each approved product along with your professional recommendation on the best fit.
I’m comfortable with Alibaba, Global Sources, or direct factory outreach; use whichever channel brings the best result, but please document your process so it’s repeatable. Fluency in Mandarin or other relevant languages for supplier negotiation is a plus. I prefer sourcing directly from the retailer or manufacturer **preferred**
Deliverables

• Quality and compliance certificates (PDF scans or links)
• High-resolution product photos or sample videos where available
• Summary memo highlighting your recommended supplier and reasoning
Acceptance Criteria
• All quoted prices FOB or EXW, clearly labeled
