Alibaba China Sourcing & Logistics
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an experienced Alibaba assistant who can take me from supplier discovery all the way through to delivered goods from China.
Scope of work
• Finding suppliers – search Alibaba, screen companies, check certificates and recent transaction history, then prepare a short-list with key data (MOQ, lead time, price tiers, Incoterms).
• Negotiating prices – open direct chats, push for best tiered pricing, sample credits where possible, and capture every quotation in a shared spreadsheet so we can track concessions and payment terms.
• Managing orders & logistics – place sample and bulk orders once approved, book inspections, keep production timelines updated, arrange freight or courier, and share tracking until the cargo reaches my stated warehouse.
Acceptance criteria
1. At least three vetted suppliers per product line, presented with verification screenshots.
2. Written record of every negotiation round, including final agreed terms.
3. Confirmed booking and tracking details for each shipment, with status updates until arrival.
Feel free to use your preferred sourcing, QC, and freight tools—just make sure all files, chats, and reports are stored in our shared Google Drive for transparency. Speed and clear communication are essential, and fluency in Mandarin will be a huge plus.
