radio station setup

I am looking for a freelancer to set up an internet radio station for me. I need hardware setup (mics, headphones etc) - I have mixing board, station and those things already in place. Just having a difficult time getting the right mic quality when going live or attempting to speak. Need recording capabilities as well. No additional services such as music licensing or programming are needed.
