Road noise reduction for my house

I am thinking of erecting a "Jackson" sound reflective fence between my bungalow front garden and a busy "A " road. The maximum height I have been allowed through planning permission is 2 metres. I need a sound engineer to look at my sketch diagram and calculate the possible noise reduction percentage and offer any improvements to the scheme.
