Help to set up home podcast studio

I'm looking for someone to help me set up a podcasting studio in my home with a budget of less than $500. My focus is on installation and setup only - I'm not looking for someone to purchase equipment for me. As for learning how to use the equipment, I will learn on my own. So what I need is a pro with experience in setting up home podcast studios who can come in and get everything ready for me quickly and efficiently.
