Dyslexia Wellness Funday

I hope to stage the Dyslexia Wellness Funday (DWF) an interactive arts & well-being event for all ages i.e. 0 – 100 years!; a diverse mix of people also in terms of background, gender etc.
As I myself am dyslexic and dyspraxic, I am currently completing a funding form to acquire funds to run the Funday
So I am seeking costings from services to help me complete the funding application form and then later I will select the best most economical suppliers for the event.
I would like to get a quote for the following please:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role:
• Supply PA equipment
• Set up and set down equipment
• Operate equipment
• Mic up performers and acts in main venue space and possibly in a second smaller room as well
• Play relaxing music in between acts
• Stop and start music as requested by salsa dance troupe during their lesson
-No.s of personnel: 2 Sound Engineers
-Date: To take place towards the end of 2023 (Oct, Nov, or Dec) and Summer of 2024 (June or early July).
-Time: - Event times: 12 noon to between 7pm and 8pm.
-Working hours: From 8 am – 10 pm - until finish packing away by the latest 10pm.
***Outline and Set up of Event***
Venue: I hope to book the large hall/large conference room, in Arlington House, Camden for about 200 - 250 participants.
Stage: On the stage there might be a fitness session, under 5s interactive session, possibly a few others as well yet to be determined and lastly a salsa band and a dance troupe.
Setup: In the space there would be stalls, and the opportunity for participants to take part in drop-in arts, fitness and dyslexia gaming.
It is also hoped that there could be a food court in the same hall with exhibitors selling their plant-based and world foods.
Breakout Room: There would also be a breakout room for arts-based activities for about 30 with a workshop taking place, one per hour involving the following:
-Two sessions for 0-5 year olds,
-Four sessions for all ages that is, 5 years – 100 years! and
-One session for just adults 16 or 18 years upwards all involving unique innovative activities possibly in arts and crafting, spoken word, singing, drama & theatre, film, music, art-tech and dance; all led by paid and mainly, dyslexic or neurodivergent artists.
There would also be a 12 piece salsa band on the stage with a performance from a 2 - 4 piece salsa dance troupe.

DWF WILL PROVIDE
We will provide 1 meal per Engineer and some drinks – quantity to be determined.
Lastly please be aware that should I be granted funding, I will be on a limited budget and would be most grateful if this is taken into consideration when providing your quote.
