Fast-Paced Video Editor Required

We are a video editing agency looking to hire skilled editors for high-retention, fast-paced content.
We will provide a raw audio sample. Your task is to turn it into an engaging short-form video optimized for retention and viewer engagement.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention
Ability to add subtitles, sound effects, and visual elements effectively
Fast cuts and pattern interrupts every few seconds
Clean, modern editing style (no over-editing or clutter)
Editing Style Includes:
Bold subtitles (easy to read, dynamic)
Zooms, cuts, and visual changes every 2–3 seconds
Proper use of SFX and background music
High engagement storytelling flow
What We’re Looking For:
Editors who understand performance, not just visuals
Ability to follow direction and deliver on time
Open to long-term collaboration if quality is good
Test Task:
You will be given a short audio clip to edit into a high-retention video.
