Realistic City Logo Animation

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a realistic video of our company logo landing in the city of Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Requirements:
- The city should initially be depicted in black and white.
- As the orange rays travel along the city's paths, it should gradually light up.
- The company logo should be animated to fly in from the sky.
Background music or sound effects should be calm and soothing, or just city sounds.
