Produce Engaging Promotional Video

I’m looking for someone who can take my concept and turn it into a polished ,,,,,,video. The clip will be used entirely at my discretion rather than being tied to a single platform, so please craft it in a flexible format that works just as well on social feeds as it would embedded on a site or played on a large screen.
The brief is simple: create a clean, professional-looking “normal” promo that represents the brand clearly and keeps viewers watching through to the end. You’ll handle the full production cycle—storyboarding, shooting (or working with supplied footage), editing, colour correction, sound design and any light motion graphics needed to pull it all together.
Deliverables
• Final masters in both 1080p and 4K (MP4 or MOV)
• One cut at the full length we agree on, plus a 15-second teaser for quick sharing
• Project file(s) so future tweaks are possible
