Post-Production Specialist for AI-Driven Documentary

Job ID: 40195023

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

We are Sankofa Studios, a new digital media brand blending ancient African history with futuristic, high-fidelity AI visuals. We are producing our pilot episode: "Shango vs. Thor: Who is the True God of Thunder?"

We are looking for a Post-Production Specialist to take our prepared "Rough Cut" and elevate it into a broadcast-quality mini-documentary.

The Workflow: We have already done the heavy lifting. You will be provided with:

The Rough Cut: Timeline assembled with Voiceover and AI Imagery synced.

The Script: A professional UNDER 2-minute narrative.

The Assets: High-resolution Midjourney images and ElevenLabs audio.

Your Mission (The Polish): We are NOT looking for a simple "cuts only" editor. We need a visual artist who can bring static images to life.

2.5D Parallax Animation: You must be able to separate characters from backgrounds in After Effects/Photoshop to create depth and camera movement. No static slideshows.

Atmospheric VFX: Add realistic overlays (snowstorms for Thor, heat distortion/embers for Shango, lightning strikes, rain, dust particles) to blend the AI art into a cohesive world.

High-End Sound Design: This is 50% of the job. You will build the soundscape from scratch (Foley, heavy impacts, ambient weather, tribal percussion vs. nordic drums).

Kinetic Typography: Create bold, documentary-style text overlays for key stats (e.g., "STRENGTH," "MAGIC").

The Aesthetic:

Tone: Dark, Gritty, Epic, Historical.

Reference Style: MagnatesMedia, Vox, or Netflix Documentaries.

Forbidden: Do not use "Gamer" style editing, meme transitions, or stock footage that clashes with our AI art style.

Requirements:

Expert mastery of Adobe After Effects (for parallax) and Premiere/DaVinci.

Access to professional Sound FX libraries (Epidemic, Artlist, etc.).

Experience with AI-generated art is a plus, but not required.
