Project Title:
Looking for Skilled Video Editor (Long-Term Work Opportunity)

Description:
I am looking for a skilled video editor for ongoing work. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent projects.

I need someone who can create engaging and polished videos. The editor should be able to:
- Add relevant B-roll footage
- Use sound effects (SFX) effectively
- Create dynamic edits (zoom in/out, pacing, smooth cuts)
- Add captions/subtitles where required
- Replace or enhance backgrounds when needed
- Improve overall video quality and engagement

I will provide:
- Raw footage
- Clear instructions and references

Requirements:
- Good sense of editing and storytelling
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take feedback and refine the work till our complete satisfaction
- Reliable and consistent communication

Budget:
- ₹300 per reel ( non negotiable )
- ₹1000 per long form video of 30 minutes
( non negotiable )
- This is ongoing work with regular projects ( appropriately 20 per month )
