Improve sound in video so it will not have soo much noise

I'm looking to improve the sound quality in a video file. The sound quality is currently poor, with constant background noise and low-frequency distortion. To address this issue, I need a professional to use noise reduction plugins to clean up the audio from the video file. This will involve using equalization and compressor techniques to reduce the amount of excess noise and achieve a higher quality of sound. My goal is for the video file to have a much crisper, cleaner sound with improved highs and lows, that can be enjoyed without constant background noise.
