Create Movie from Video Clips

I'm looking for a talented video editor to transform my collection of short video clips, which are in numerical order, into a cohesive movie. I would like to include some titles and a soundtrack to enhance the experience. Additionally, I have a few still photos that I would like to be inserted between the video clips.
