Conference Room Audio Setup

I am currently in need of an experienced sound engineer to set up a top-notch sound system for a medium-sized conference room, which is between 100-500 sq ft in size.
The task includes selecting and setting up:
- Speakers
- Microphones
- Mixers
The primary purpose of this system will be for hosting live events and conferences. Therefore, the sound output must be of excellent quality, with clear audio transmission across the entire room.
The ideal candidate for this project should have significant experience in sound system setup, specifically in the context of events or conferences. You should have a deep understanding of how to coordinate different pieces of audio equipment for a cohesive sound experience. Experience in an event/conference setting is heavily preferred. Simple setup will not be enough, this project requires intricate understanding of a professional sound system's setup.
