Cartoon 3D Animation SFX
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a series of cartoon-style 3D animation videos in post-production and I need a dedicated sound-effects pass—no music, no instruments, just carefully crafted SFX that bring each moment to life.
The scenes range from fast-paced action sequences to dialogue exchanges and lighthearted comedic beats. For the action shots I’ll need everything from impacts, swishes, explosions, footsteps, and weapon sounds to any other detail that matches the visuals. Dialogue scenes call for subtle environmental beds, cloth movement, and gestures, while the comedic moments benefit from perfectly timed whooshes, pops, stretches, and similar toon accents.
Here’s how I’d like to work:
• You receive low-res reference videos with a rough cut and timecode.
• You spot each scene, design or source original, royalty-free effects, sync them, and deliver stems as individual, clearly named WAVs plus a composite reference track.
• Revisions: two rounds to fine-tune timing or swap any effects that don’t fit the mood.
Everything must be 48 kHz, 24-bit, ready for my final mix session in Pro Tools. If you use libraries, verify licensing; if you create new elements, I’ll own full usage rights.
If you love building rich cartoon soundscapes and can turn assets around promptly, let’s get started.
