architectural detailed plans

I am looking to have some moderately detailed plans drawn up for a residential project. I have existing measurements and need them to be put into an architectural format. The level of detail required is moderate, so the drawings need to reflect the size, shape, and general characteristics of the space. It is important that the plans are accurate and detailed in order to properly convey the conditions of the space.
