Varicent Developer for Contract Role
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
We are hiring for a 6-month contract role for a Varicent Developer with 4+ years of experience. This role requires expertise in building and implementing Varicent Territory and Quota Planning (TQP) / Sales Planning solutions. Candidates with hands-on experience in the Varicent tool and ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Varicent TQP / Sales Planning Development:
Develop and implement the Varicent Territory and Quota Planning / Sales Planning system to enhance and streamline sales processes.
2) Compliance with Standards:
Ensure that the system configuration and implementation align with prescribed standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
3) System Integration and Configuration:
Design, configure, and integrate Varicent TQP with upstream and downstream systems for seamless data flow and alignment with other enterprise systems.
4) Hands-On Implementation:
Apply hands-on experience to deliver robust Varicent Territory and Quota Planning solutions tailored to client needs.
5) Preferred Skills:
a) SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills to support data integration, troubleshooting, and data manipulation within Varicent.
b) Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating Varicent with upstream and downstream systems for effective data flow and alignment.
6) ICM Knowledge:
Candidates with additional experience in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) are highly preferred.
