Quote for Solution Architecture Vision Document

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a Solution Architecture Vision Document for my software development project. The main focus of the solution architecture will be on software development. I don't have any preferred technology or platform, so I'm open to suggestions. However, I do expect the document to have detailed technical specifications, so the freelancer should have experience in creating technical documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and system architecture and TOGAF certified.
