Plan de masse

I am looking for a freelancer who will modify a plan de masse in order to make an extension of the house. The ideal candidate should be able to modify the urban plan.

Key Requirements:
- Ability to modify a detailed plan de masse for a small-scale project
Length will be 7.45m instead of 4 meters

Responsibilities:
- Modify an urban plan in order to create an extension for the building.
