Crowd Flow Simulation for Spatial Allocation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The project is a professional simulation that simulates the way 2 million people (in/out vehicles) are allocated in three areas in a few days for a specific period in each area. There are two approaches to do that: 1) let them all in at the same time, 2) organize them in paches based on temporal and spatial schedule. To visually simplify the differences, we will make a simulation for a group of 100 people entering a building with three rooms as follows:

The first room from the left is a reception area to process their paper for 5 hours max to allocate them in the right place in the third room contains 10 smaller rooms; each one accommodates 10 people. The middle room contains 10 disks for officers who are just to review the paper for a short time (about 1-2 hrs). The outcome will be two vids: the first illustrates what will happen when we let them come all at once however it may come, and the second is by organizing them in batches based on temporal and spatial schedule to allocate. the 1st room is 12*12 m2, then 3*5 hallway, the 2nd room is 6*6 m2, then the same hallway, and the 3rd room is 10*15 m2.
