Build me a Solution Architecture Document

Need to build a HVAC System Maintaineance app. The app has three modules 1. A web UI through which he can submit a complaint. This should map to the required contractor. 2. A Computer Vision Module that should be able to identify the equipment and also automate its troubleshooting for simple alarms . However it should be able to make a live call to technician who can resolve it online. Also the customer can schedule a technician visit thru the app. 3. Module that checks whether the equipment fault is covered otherwise it will recalculate the estimates for additional cost.
