plastic mould designer

I am looking for someone who can design injection moulding mould (2 cavity) for a toy propeller, i have already done reverse engineering and i will provide you stp file for the same. I want this project to be completed within a week Size of the component is 10'' length x 1" width x 2mm thick (all dimensions are approx +/- 10mm except thickness)
