I need an aeronautical engineer to help me design a tapered wing.

The wing will be used to replace a basic rectangular wing on an existing airframe. I have the necessary measurements but need help engineering the wing and creating a prototype on solid works. I will need multiple test done including roll rate, stall speed and characteristics, G-loading at specific weights and so-on.
