design of tesla valve and heat echanger in ansys

I am looking for an experienced engineer to help me design a Tesla Valve and Heat Exchanger in ANSYS. The purpose of the design is to improve heat transfer, and I already have an existing design that needs to be improved. The analysis that needs to be performed is Fluid Flow Analysis. The engineer should be comfortable working with ANSYS and have a solid understanding of the principles of fluid flow in order to provide effective solutions. Given the complexity of the design, the chosen engineer should have extensive experience working on similar projects.
