3D design for CNC technique

I would like to know if you can make me a 3D design and in whatever software you use (solidworks, etc...) with this design, I would like to make a CNC cut in wood with an .stl file.

Please let me know if you provide this service and confirm what time I can take and its price. It is a very simple design based on circles: basically a egg-tray with some extra circles on it.
