3D construction - Drawers

I am looking for an engineer who is good in technical construction who works in SolidWorks or similar software. The drawer is going to be used for retail. The drawer is specified in details so we know how it is going to look like. The drawing in 3D is going to be passed to manufactures, so it needs to be available in 3D and 2D. The details will be forwarded once we have decided who to work with.
