cnc file for pistol case
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a CNC file in .STL format for a pistol case that I have a rough sketch or idea for. The pistol case should be medium-sized, meaning between 6-12 inches in length. The finished CNC file should be ready for CNC precision machining. The freelancer should be able to generate the CNC file from the provided sketch or idea. I am open to design suggestions from the freelancer to optimize the design. The CNC file should be able to run correctly with CNC precision machining tools.
You should have experience with CNC precision machining as well as creating CNC files in .STL format, and should have a good understanding of CNC machining tools and processes. A good portfolio and any relevant certifications would be a big plus. Please include any ideas that you may have for the design as part of the proposal.
I HAVE A VERY GOOD IDEA ON WHAT I WANT/NEED. IT'S A 2 PIECE BOX...WITH THE BOTTOM CARVED FOR A SPECIFIC GUN TO LAY INTO...AND ABOUT 15 TO 21 HOLES SPECIFIC SIZED TO MATCH THE AMMUNITION SIZE. THE BOTTOM WOULD BE VERY SIMILAR TO A "DROP TRAY"...AND THE TOP SIMPLE ALSO WITH A CUSTOM LOGO LIKE "COLT" OR "TISAS"...OR SOME QUOTE PROBABLY 10 TO 20 WORDS....OR A DROP IN FILE OF A U.S. FLAG
THERE WOULD BE CUTOUTS FOR HINGES ON EACH SIDE TO FIT THE TOP/BOTTOM TOGETHER.
THE SIZE FINISHED WOULD BE ROUGHLY 10 INCHES x 16 INCHES WITH THE BOTTOM PIECE ABOUT 1.5 INCHES THICK ORIGINALLY..AND THE TOP ABOUT 1.25 INCHES.
