carpet washing machine by solidworks

I am in need of a talented SolidWorks designer to create a carpet washing machine for industrial use. The machine should be designed to perform water extraction for effective cleaning and washing carpet. I have a detailed list of design requirements that I would like the designer to follow, but I am open to suggestions.
