This project is based on designing of a car body outer surface which includes the sheet metal weld joint details. The required output should be in the form of a single surface or solid 3D CAD model for solidworks.
I iwll supply a Scanned data file as well as Photos of the actual scanned part for reference.

task summary is
Convert ASC, STL(point cloud file) SCAN to 3d solid CAD model(CAT.Part),
- Tolerance should be 0.5mm-1mm.
- Maintain smooth surfaces ready for machining and moulding
- CAD model sld.Prt) should be output.
- Softwares like Geomagic DesignX, Solidworks, CATIA V5 etc.
- Deviation analysis of all surfaces should be done to ensure perfect work

Update accordingly to the rework modifications if necessary
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge in CATIA V5, Solidworks, Geomagic DesignX etc.
- On time delivery , Quality with tolerances and analysis
