I need a SolidWorks / finite-element expert to run a full drop-test simulation on an Isuzu-style vehicle safety roof. You will receive 2-D PDF drawings that define every dimension and geometry detail, along with reference photos that show the exact contact set-up I expect you to reproduce.
My main goal is a clear picture of how the roof deforms on impact, with overall structural integrity as the key performance metric. Please ensure the model is built with accurate boundary conditions and that the solver settings reflect a true dynamic event rather than a quick static approximation.
Core results I must see
• Total deformation plots that highlight weak zones
• Detailed stress results (Von Mises) across the entire structure
• Calculated impact force history and derived safety factor
• A short animation of the drop sequence that visualises the deformation in real time
You may go beyond these points by adding more stress or force insights, but the items above are non-negotiable.
The budget is fixed at ₹5000, so only respond if you are comfortable working within that limit and already have proven automotive or heavy-structural simulation experience in SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, Abaqus or a comparable tool.
Once I review the final report, animation and native simulation file, the project will be marked complete.
