VELOMOBILE DESIGN PROJECT

I have a velomobile design project that is designed in solidworks that I need component diagrams so taht the parts can be individually cut using various machining tools (plasma cutter etc).
The machine shop where this fabrication work will be done has asked me to come up with the drawings so the outside panel work can be cut but I have limited knoweledge as to how this can be accomplished. Lets talk more so we can understand the project even more.
