Urgent 2D to manufacturing drawings

We have a 2D drawing which needs to be analyzed and turned into manufacturing drawing with developed length and manufacturing details. We need the design in 12 hours. So please anybody who is experienced and can promise this bid on the project. respond with '2D' in your proposal. Budget for this is $50. We need the design in SolidWorks.
