Urgent Technical Translator in Chinese from English

We are looking for an engineer who understands solidworks/PT Creo, CAD to explain to vendors our requirement and act as bridge between the two. We have some mould designs and product designs which we need to explain to our vendors in China

The person should be able to communicate well in English & Chinese.
