The Wolverine

Hello, I am looking to clean up this .step file for CNC machining. There are too many facets and small holes in the geometry, and I am having an issue filling the gaps. I would like to have it Designed properly with the same dimensions with a .002 in tolerance. the file will Successfully 3d print as .stl but the Machinists that I have worked with have said that the file has too many facets and small gaps to put into a CNC mill.
