Technical Drawing for 3D part

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a technical drawing for a 3D part that will be used for manufacturing purposes. The part will be made out of metal, so experience with metal fabrication is preferred. The ideal candidate should also have proficiency in SolidWorks software for creating the technical drawing.
