CF TURBO VOLUTE AND IMPELLER DESIGN
Budget: £100 – £150 GBP
Design a volute and impeller in CF turbo. Design Volute to be able to bolt to the engine shown in the attached photographs. Impeller must be a tight transitional fit on to the engine shaft. Inlet to the pump should have a 3" BSP thread. On the inlet there must be a threaded 1/8" bsp hole and a a 1/2: bsp threaded hole. On the top of the volute there should be two 1/4" bsp threaded holes to accommodate pressure gauges. On the bottom of the volute there should be a 3/8" BSP hole to enable the volute to be drained. Outlet flanges should be orientated as per the example photographs 2 x 2.5". Mechanical seal should be something like a Burgmann M32 seals with G9 seat. Pressure must be 10 bar at 14kw 3250RPM. Flange bolt hole dimensions (x4) bolts to be decided. I want a 3d part model at the end of it I can open in solidworks. Model for the impeller, volute, mechanical seal, bolt to hold impeller to shaft and any o rings and fixings / fastners
