Surface Repair of a Geometry * ONLY FOR EXPERTS IN CFD & CAD)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a geometry in (.step format) that I want to:
1. Import into solidworks. Ensure that the file is of good resolution!
2. Combine geometry's subparts into one part
3. Add a block of same dimensions as the imported file
4. Perform boolean operation (boolean subtract/ target: block)
5. Ensure that the imported geometry cuts block in *all* sides (similar to the attached picture)
6. Repair the surfaces in case there's an issue that hinders getting the volume mesh once I use cfd software
7. Save the file .parasolid
