Spring-Loaded Spill Proof Cap for Aromatic Bottles
I am looking for either an industrial or mechanical designer who can design a spring-loaded spill proof cap for my 10-25 mL aromatic bottles. The cap should be made of plastic and must have a high level of spill prevention. Ideally there should be a small button or lever on the side or top of the cap which allows the cap to open and permit air flow out (aromas) out of the bottle. When the button is not depressed then the liquid shouldn't be able to leak from the bottle. The cap may or may not also have a flip top opening.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing spill-proof caps
- Knowledge of plastic materials and their properties
- Ability to create 3D designs and prototypes
- Understanding of spring-loaded mechanics
