Spile Probe Head Drawing

We are a small design and manufacturing business making cooling and dispense equipment for English cask ales.
I have a part completed 3d drawing in Solidworks. I have a very specific need for help in shelling out a model to create a part with consistent wall thickness, making it suitable for moulding. The shell facility in Solidworks creates forms impossible to mould. I have very nearly succeeded in generating the ideal geometry by creating offset surfaces up to which an extrude cut can extend. Unfortunately my skills (and my patience) are running short, I am unable to stitch multiple surfaces together to create the profiled bottom to the extrude cut.
I would like use your experience to help me resolve the problem and complete the drawing. This will require a telephone conversation. English is my only language I am afraid.
