Solidworks seat designer help

Looking for best way to design seat foam and seat covers. Also would like to be able to get flat patterns from the seat covers in dxf format so we can send them to our new pathfinder cutting CNC. Working in the boating industry. Would also like a,b,c,d size prints set up and linked to models. Starting a new job and they do not have solid works and nothing is set up yet. Need advice on how to do this. Maybe even PDM advise too. Since this is all new w really want to do this right from the beginning.
