Solidworks part

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a part using Solidworks. Please see attached photos. you will notice that the photos have a device attached with two rubber o rings. the attached images of my solidworks file shoe the device but no rubber o rings. I need two models that show this device in the up and down position. I will supply the main parts and only need the rubber o rings created.
