Solidworks files from pdf drawings

I need someone to create Solidworks files from my PDF drawings. Unfortunately, I only have the PDF drawings, so the freelancer will need to use those to create the files. The drawings are simple and small-scale, so this should be a straightforward project. However, I do need the Solidworks files to be editable. Ideally, the freelancer will have experience with creating Solidworks files from PDF drawings, as well as expertise in Solidworks itself.
