Solidworks design create solid from surface model

I am looking for a skilled Freelancer to help me design a solid object using Solidworks from a surface model I have. This is a product design project, and I already have a specific design in mind with size and dimension details that need to be adhered to. So the job requires precision and accuracy in order to meet the specifications. This person should have considerable experience in Solidworks design to be able to complete this project successfully.
