Solidworks 3D Surfacing Expert

Need a solidworks 3D surfacing expert to make something in the vehicle segment.
All I have is reference photos, overall dims, and a 3DS Max file with geometry, but it needs to be properly engineered with the correct thicknesses for manufacturer.
Please apply only if you have very good skills in surface modeling and have some very complex shape experience.
Must be available immediately and can work for the remainder of the week..
