Solidworks Model Dimension Adjustment

I need a Solidworks expert to modify my model. This involves changing a few dimensions and adding new cut extrudes as per the provided DWG model. It is very basic.

Requirements:
- Adjust the position of certain elements on the model
- Cut by Extrude 5 new small square apertures
- Expertise in Solidworks is essential.
