Solidworks Designer for Electro-Mechanical Parts

I'm seeking a design engineer proficient in Solidworks, specifically for creating and perfecting industrial machinery components with some consumer parts. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of design for manufacturing to ensure precision fitting and functional operation of parts with optimal tolerances.

Responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and transforming hand-drawn sketches into workable designs
- Working on parts that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound
- Engaging in rapid prototyping using my 28 3D printers, producing 30-80 parts in 3-6 hours
- Participating in multiple small revisions to fine-tune parts for manufacturing

Typically, projects will vary from 5 to 15 hours a week and is consistent work. Pay is typically in the $10-20 USD range. Communication will be primarily through chat, proficiency in English is not a important, though a good understanding of the language will be beneficial. It's essential that you can work during business hours in the MST time zone, either in the morning or afternoon.
