Solidworks Design for Rugged Navigation Tower

I'm in need of a 3D CAD professional who can design a replacement navigation tower for my motorcycle. The design needs to be compatible with Solidworks 2021 or older, and I will provide a 3D scan of the existing part, along with all relevant materials and process information.
Key requirements:
- The navigation tower needs to incorporate mounting points for GPS devices and space for additional instruments.
- It should be designed to be enhanced durability for off-road conditions.
- Aesthetically, the design should be 'rugged and functional'.
