SolidWorks based off of hand drawing -- 2

I am looking for a SolidWorks expert to create a 3D model based on my hand drawing. The design is of a simple complexity level and I have exact measurements for it. There is no specific deadline for the completion of the design, so I am looking for someone with a flexible timeline. The drawing is super crude and I attached an image of the final product: can get additional images and dune dimensions as needed
