SolidWorks Product Prototype Modeling

I'm looking for a SolidWorks expert to help model a product prototype for personal automotive use. The item is a transmission bell housing to adapt an engine to a transmission it is not originally intended to mate to. I have a rough model that was started by a previous modeler that was unable to continue working on the project. I have those files available along with a list of tasks needed to complete the design. The rest is only basic dimensions for this project, so your expertise in interpreting and expanding upon these dimensions will be crucial. I've 3d printed sections of the parts to verify fitment and dimensions to come up with a fairly comprehensive list of items that need to be added and/or changed.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Experience in modeling for manufacturing
- Ability to interpret and expand upon basic dimensions
- Prior experience with product prototype modeling is a plus
